正常來說，會出現網站發生嚴重錯誤，一定是 PHP Fatal Error

如果沒有這段資料我無法判斷發生錯誤的來源

無法得知網址應該是因為 in app browser 所以看不到當下的網址

不過從網站標題來看，這個頁面是首頁，目前打開首頁並沒有看到任何錯誤訊息

如果還有發生這樣的狀況，麻煩提供 PHP Fatal Error 的資訊，我才能協助偵錯，謝謝

這次詢問客戶他是說顯示餘額不足linepay裡面的錢，不過後台是顯示停卡

我也有一樣問題，網站後臺顯示付款失敗：

Line-pay後臺顯示1292

Inactive card or card not authorized for card-not-present transactions.

消費者打開Customer payment page頁面，看到是”這個網站發生嚴重錯誤”

同時間，我自己打開同頁面能正常顯示

另外會造成一個問題是，此訂單的如果取消，庫存會無法正常恢復。

特定消費者(還不知道為甚麼會只反覆發生在同幾位消費者)會一直付款失敗(Line Pay或信用卡付款)，顯示網站發生嚴重錯誤並且付款失敗，另外傳連結給您。

補充一下，此消費者沒有被停卡，他上週有一樣情況，但是上週是有順利開啟再次付款，不知道為甚麼今天會一直顯示停卡

有一個暫時的解法，只是庫存無法還原(訂單結下來會再被扣一次庫存)

>先取消此訂單>>還原到等待付款，此訂單cutsom payment page就能正常開啟跟結帳

會發生錯誤的人無論在使用line pay跟信用卡付款都會錯誤。很奇怪的是，我同時在後台查Woocommerce fatal error沒有顯示相關的錯誤。
